We appreciate the impact you have and look forward to meeting you. London Executive Office Suites, LLC was founded in July of 2022 when the father and son team, Mark and Daniel London, acquired the previous operating entity, Arceo Executive Office Suites.

As entrepreneurs and small business owners themselves, they understand the trials and tribulations that come with this path less traveled.

We know small businesses are crucial for the American economy. And are incredibly passionate about being able to provide the necessary workspace and resources to fellow entrepreneurs and small businesses in the community.

Together, Mark and Dan bring over 40 years of business experience and connections, across a wide range of industries, to both their business at London Executive Suites and their valued clients and tenants.

Management Team

Mark London

Mark London is a native of Great Falls, Montana that earned a degree in business administration form Lynfield College. Mark has been in Naples since the 70s. His early business career was in banking and real estate development. In 1991, Mark founded London Aviation, a private aviation firm based out of the Naples Airport. Mark sold this business in 2017 and became the President of Elite Jets, a private jet charter operation he has since built from the ground up to one of the most well respected and well known operators in the industry. Additionally, Mark is a licensed general contractor who has developed over 100,000 SQFT of real estate property.

Daniel London

Daniel London was born and raised in Naples, FL. Daniel earned a bachelors degree in commercial entrepreneurship from the highly selective Jim Moran College of entrepreneurship at Florida State University. During his time at FSU, Daniel worked for multiple venture capital backed start up companies where he was immersed in the high octane world of zero to one business strategy and marketing. He would later go on to become the managing director of one of the most successful marketing and event planning firms in the state. Since Daniel moved back to Naples in 2019 he has been extremely active in the local business and philanthropic community. Daniel is a Senior Vice President of Private Wealth Management at Capital Wealth Advisors. Daniel is also the founder of London Life Consulting, a small business consulting firm that works with closely held family businesses on succession planning. They also work with early stage companies on zero to one business strategy and grass roots marketing.

Genesis Aparsheva

Genesis Aparsheva serves as the Executive Office Manager for London Executive Office Suites. Known for her attention to detail and ensuring that all tenants in our offices are cared for, she has a heart for serving others. Genesis is a Naples native and upon graduating high school, enlisted and served active duty in the United States Marine Corps from 2012-2017. During her service she earned the rank of Sergeant, and her fondest memory is living in Japan. Genesis has earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from Hodges University and has 12 years of experience in customer service.
